1. Acceptance
By accessing TDI Hub you agree to these Terms. The first time you sign in — and again whenever the version bumps — you will be asked to record your acceptance on the consent screen. If you are accessing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
TDI Hub is a partner-only workspace providing access to TD Intelligence’s knowledge base, sensor inventory, firmware delivery, validation tools, design tools (heatmap mapping & planner), and related analytics. The Service is provided in connection with the underlying hardware and licensing agreement between you and TD Intelligence.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is by email magic-link only; no password is stored. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your email account and any activity performed under your TDI Hub session. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts to circumvent access controls.
- No upload of malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- No use of the Service to compete with TD Intelligence’s products or to benchmark against them publicly without prior written consent.
- No upload of content identifying or re-identifying your end customers unless your contract with that customer permits it (see Privacy Policy §6).
5. Content & ownership
You retain ownership of validation videos, photos, datasets, floor plans, project files, webhook captures, and annotations you upload. You grant TD Intelligence a limited license to host, process, and display this content within the Service for your benefit, and to maintain encrypted backups under our retention policy. TD Intelligence retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, knowledge articles, and firmware.
6. Firmware
Firmware downloads are licensed for use only on the TD Intelligence devices registered under your organization. Redistribution is prohibited.
7. Security commitments
We protect the Service with: passwordless authentication, database-backed revocable sessions, TLS 1.3 in transit, platform-managed encryption at rest, additional AES-GCM encryption for high-sensitivity credentials, application-layer tenant isolation, and an organization-scoped audit log. See the Privacy Policy §4 for the full architecture description.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not provide a formal SLA on TDI Hub itself. Critical incidents and planned maintenance are announced in-app or by email to organization admins.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate access in line with the underlying hardware or licensing agreement, or if you decline to accept a required new version of these Terms. Upon termination, we will retain your data per the retention windows in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TD Intelligence disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to direct damages capped at the amount paid for the underlying hardware in the prior 12 months.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of TD Intelligence’s principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law dictates otherwise.
